The word Fudo, translated from Japanese, defines the spirit or essence of fantastic cuisine, rich life experiences, and free-spirited living. Just like the exquisite sushi that Fudo serves, the word’s meaning is a multi-layer construct rolled up into one. If you haven’t heard of Fudo, then you’re missing out on amazing Japanese cuisine that is certain to have you coming back at least weekly to continue exploring the huge and intriguing menu.
The appetizer menu, referred to within the restaurant as the small plates menu, is absolutely packed with delicious dish options. Some of the most popular items include stuffed jalapenos, pan-seared dumplings, Shumai, a variety of spring rolls, Edamame, Cauliflower in miso chili sauce, dynamite shrimp, and many more.
